We provide phone-based assistance for flight search, booking, changes, and cancellations. Services are subject to airline availability, fare rules, and system access. We reserve the right to decline requests that violate airline policies or applicable law.

3. Bookings & confirmations

• All bookings are subject to airline confirmation and fare rules.
• Prices displayed during search may change before final payment.
• A booking is confirmed only after payment is processed and a ticket is issued.

4. Fees & payment

5. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by airline fare rules and our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. We do not guarantee refunds on all ticket types.

6. Accuracy of information

We strive to provide accurate fare quotes and schedule information but do not warrant that availability or pricing will remain unchanged. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Journey Hopper is not liable for airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or actions taken by carriers beyond our control.

8. Website use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or use our services for fraudulent purposes.
